Does [email protected] exist

Now I have an issue with the ramblings in the post about who is ethical and who isn't.

I have often sent emails to [email protected] requesting quotes with bugger all response. If you're not even going to answer your customers how can you possible squeal like a stuck pig when someone puts more effort into servicing their prospective clients than you do???

Anyway, I've moaned about this exact issue more than once, you think you would have learned by now.
 
I have to agree. I mailed them more than 2 years ago when I wanted to buy a BenQ monitor, and I never got any response. Months later, I got a confirmation that my message had been deleted without reading. Needless to say, I ended up importing the monitor myself through Wantitall.
 
there sales spport seems to be worth nothing only time that can get something decent is when you go to the shop us

Hi Juggy

I cannot understand why you seem to have a problem with [email protected] , as we get over 300 request per day for pricing and quotations these emails come to my PA pc and she send them off to the sales people in the diffrent branches , However I will check with the Cape Town branch as soon as i get to the office, and find why your email was not attended to.
