Does Sniper Elite 3 hit the mark?

No - its utter crap if you ask me - played it for like 20 min and then regretted the purchase
 
Apparently this is a cash-shop of note.

Tons of day 1 DLC. Apparently there's only like 4 rifles built into the core game.

This DLC thing is getting out of hand.
 
I quite enjoyed it, finished it last night.

Very limited in terms of weaponry that's actually feasible and fun to play with, and a couple of bugs now and then. But a fun game, overall.
 
Honestly Rebellion aren't that good at making games. The Sniper Elite franchise seems to be their only decent attempt in the last +- 15 years. Their games range from decent to absolutely pi55 poor.
 
I wish they would modernise this game, im sick of the World War scene. But Sniper Ghost Warrior didnt grasp my attention so well.

I was also hoping for a modern sequel to Sniper Elite V2. Will only pick up Sniper Elite 3 when 75% off on sale.
 
I have only played about 15 minutes or so, and can honestly say that I dont think it's HORRIBLE. Could have been better, because its pretty much more of the same, but can't fault it.
