Does Telkom have Cell C's number?

imagine telkom starting it's own mobile service with free calls to other telkom clients.....
 
hrm i wonder if they allowed to make it directly part of Telkom including branding and charges they charge well themselves.
 
No deal. Telkom will likely perish and likely so will Cell C.
 
The proposition that Telkom could buy MTN made sense because of MTN's strong footprint in Africa, which mirrored Telkom's plans to take its triple-play offerings to the rest of the continent.

I think that footprint must be in quicksand jugding from the fact that they can't even get their own itemised billing correct. Can I claim back airtime that is not reflected in my itemised billing?:)
