Does Telkom know I am connected?

Hi Guys.

I just logged into the Telkom website to check my stats on my new account on our new line. And this is what I get:

Blended Usage for August
Uploaded 0.0 MB
Downloaded 0.0 MB
Combined Total 0.0 MB
TopUp Purchased for August 0 GB

Blended Current Active Sessions
No Blended Active Sessions

Local Usage for August
Uploaded 0.0 MB
Downloaded 0.0 MB
Combined Total 0.0 MB
TopUp Purchased for August 0

Local Current Active Sessions
No Local Active Sessions

Now I'm confused, because I am currently using this connection to chat so it should register an active session, and we have been using it since the beginning of the month, so it should have picked up that bandwidth usage?

Is this normal ... does it usually take so long to reflect. Wonder if this will work as uncapped

usually the stats will update when your session ends..

Or if you stay connected they renew your ip, for me it was around midnight..
it is screwey tho, that there is no actibe session.

Possible that their reporting system is down...

Ok cool ... but surely it should tell me I have a blended active connection in the mean time?

Lol ... well worst comes to worst ... I'll just have to buy another 2GB int. account if I top it ... but then at least I have 20gb local
