Does Telkom provide ADSL support on public holidays?

I cant tell with the telkom system whether they're there and you're just in a queue ("All our consultants are busy... we will attend to your call as soon as...") or if there's actually nobody at work today?

Trying to get my user name / pass as I lost the email and my router glitched.
20 minutes and counting.
