Does Telkom screw over email from IS?

Okay, so a friend sends me a file from his fixed IP uncapped IS account to my variable IP capped and shaped Telkom account. It doesn't arrive. I send him an email asking where it is. He gets that. If fact he gets it 7 minutes before I send it but that's another story.

So I see Telkom delivers really really fast. IS not at all - so far.

So do Telkom hold up mail from IS?

No ... telkom do not hold up IS email.
What POP3 and SMTP servers are you 2 using. Something is wrong with your POP3 server accepring email from his SMTP server. It could be anything from SPAM to Virus Checking to banned ip addresses.
