Can anyone confirm that, like the 1131, the 1132 decoder will also work directly on 12 volts (i.e. without the need for the power supply?)

Also: what do I need from the seller in order to be able to get DSTV to accept transferring his decoder to my account? I ask because I once had a helluva job proving that the decoder I wanted to link my smartcard to had been legally obtained! Thanx!
