Does the MTNSP active site ever work?

It's been fairly reliable for me so far this year, but right now I'm getting a "Error 500--Internal Server Error" message when trying to log in.

I have had the same problem whenever i go to the site.
what I do is google MtnSP and click on one of the sub-pages of the site and navigate fine from there....

I've been unable to log in for many many months. The only clue I ever have as to how much my bill is going to be is the loyalty rewards / points notification I get from mtn once a month... and then the statement a few weeks later...

edit: They're able to give me points for money spent, but can't recon my account properly... odd, hey...
