That address would appear to be a virtual office address for a number of companies if you google the address, I very much doubt the actual mall is in an office on that office park.

Given what I saw online in terms of the suite numbering in that building, there is no 6B though.

The Crescent isn't a building inside Westway it seems, but rather a road... and Unit 6B doesn't exist it stops at Unit 5
