Does Time Become 3 Dimensional?

Depends on your reference frame, obviously.
 
There are interpretations of quantum mechanics that sets a foundation for a hypothesis regarding multiple time dimensions. But I'm not going to entertain this here as it's a completely philosophical idea and has no scientific evidence to support it.
