I have 2 tracker products. I registered on the website, login and it tells me I have no products.
So I called the call-center- waited 25 minutes for them to answer and was told that they need to associate the products to my account. They said they also need to reset the password for my account (despite the fact I was already logged-fine).
Now, every SMS they send (4 already) the password is not accepted. If I try to reset my own password the website just hangs.
Does this thing work for anyone else? Cause it seems like rubbish. (the app on the phone does the same thing, its probably just a wrapper for the Web API's anyway).
