does ussd cost me anything

Heard a ad on the radio, and they said ussd rates apply. I think it was for matric results. Sound like same ussd number on any network.

Yea its about 20c for every 20 seconds or something.

Depends on the USSD short code you dial. Some cost you, some don't.

*120* numbers cost the user.

*13x* numbers usually don't.

Most networks are 20c per 20 seconds.

As Mr Norris said, yes they do! We have developed USSD services for various clients and the *120* are premium rated, *130* free to users.

20c per 20 seconds general rate, but not set in stone! I have seen R1.50 every 60 seconds as well (which is bleepin expensive)
