Does Virgin MMS System Work

I've been trying to send an MMS all day. It sits in my outbox for 30 minutes then says please try later. I DO have all the settings and airtime.
Anyone actually manageto send one??

I know I cant send a MMS to Cell C users, I'm on Voda. So I dunno if Cell C's MMS system works

1. DATA is up and down more times than a hooker's drawers. I have to have an MtN SIM on standby.
