I have a 75GB capped account with Vox, now according to the stats on their website I have used a bit more gigs and I haven't been cut yet.

This begs the question, will I get a sneaky bill for the extra usage?

Since this is a capped account, I expect to be cut when my limit is reached, unless the usage includes the 12-6 downloading?

Correct. Then what is the reason for allowing the data to go over the cap?

On the backend the data reflects correctly, it's just the Clientzone that hasn't been updated... So you still have some of your normal cap left, but if your midnight data is added it appears you've gone over.

I'm sure you could phone to find out exactly how much you have left, I would also actually like to know for my account thinking about it

This is correct.

Also, if you exceed cap, we don't bill you as it must be our fault that you went over.

I know with the gig for gig, if you used the 1gb up it just stops and you cant access internet till the next month or if you topped up.

and here i thought Vox would learn form Mweb. Automatic top-up enabled at 20 times the price. could make millions!

*please share some of the profits*

**maybe i should have posted this under another nickname
