I asked their support, here is the answer they gave me:
"You will be charged on a pro-rata rate from when the line is with WebAfrica." Telkom is doing some serious feet-dragging on the line transfer though

Hmm. Forgot about that. Line rental can be pro-rata'd but data isn't.I asked their support, here is the answer they gave me:

Web Africa bills prorata for the following services:
* Adsl lines
* Dedicated Servers
Presently the process in billing prorata is manual.
We are presently in the process of automating this.
And you will be relieved to hear, where the complete package is concerned we will be prorating the ENTIRE fee, not just the line portion of the fee
We are hoping to have this automation implemented as soon as possible, I am not at liberty to disclose time-lines considering the fact that Web Africa has been super busy as of late, great specials, new product launches, system enhancements, a stylish new invoice and statement system and so the list continues.
