I land at around midnight and I am traveling with an 11-year-old. Sleep will be requiredYou can easily spend around 3 hours wondering the airport. If the airport hotel is fully booked then book into the Al Mourjan lounge or any of the other 2 lounges available. There are a few ways to buy time
That makes sense. If you don't come right with the airport hotel, then the lounges has got sleeping pods etc.I land at around midnight and I am traveling with an 11-year-old. Sleep will be required![]()
To clarify:if you with FNB global acc or investec you can chill in the lounges with lounge key
To clarify:
FNB/Investec - as mentioned, LoungeKey
Standard Bank Private/signature/ or World/W-Elite MasterCard: Dragonpass (was loungekey)
American Express Platinum/Nedbank Private: Priority Pass
ABSA Premium/Private Banking: LoungeKey
Capitec: I could not find, maybe someone can post it?
Note that no lounge access can get you into Al Mourjan as that is reserved for QR business. You can however buy access to the lounge (with discounts if you're on Avios).
PS - the hotel is good at the airport, but quite expensive.
Yes no need for a Visa. You will only have to present your passport with atleast 6 months before expiry.Ami I correct that no visa is required for Qatar?
I need to leave the airport building to get to a hotel since my connecting flight is only the next day.
