Domain Renewal (URGENT)

Sorry to do this here on a public forum, but your WhatsApp support is pretty much useless and dead:


I have a domain parked with you guys. And I just received an email from ZA Central Registry today saying the following:

Domain '{redacted}.co.za' expired: Pending Deletion in 5 days

I immediately logged into the client zone and paid the outstanding via CC. Now question: Will the domain still be deleted now?

Also, why was I not emailed, contacted, phoned or smoke signals send that this domain was due? I'll take part responsibility for not checking this. But would have expected at least some warning seeing that my CC has expired. But still no email from Afrihost about this?

Update: WhatsApp support came to live about 2-3 minutes after posting here. Domain has been unsuspected.

According to support, I was SMS'ed and emailed. But I have not received anything on my end
