Domain suspended due to web developer death

I am seriously seeking help. One of my probono clients has had their domain (.org.za) suspended as well as their email addresses due non payment. Our web designer for years died while he was updating and refreshing the site and his family cannot find his user name/password etc. The client is a nonprofit and has had the domain since 2005-ish. I have been the content provider for them since 2005. This dear man took ill and passed away in a matter of weeks without our knowledge of its severity as his family wanted total privacy. We have access to his laptop via his son but he is not technical at all & does know know his Dad's business. I can't find any contact on xneelo or ZARC without domain registration info. Can anyone assist? Many thanks
 
No need to find his username and password.

Just go straight to the domain host and explain your situation and you’ll need to prove the death and then related ownership and move along from there.
