Hi
Our dedicated hosted server with Domains.co.za has been down since yesterday 2019/04/19 14h00. Their phone lines do not work as it is after office hours and their support desk is not responding.
I would assume an ISP would have a 24 hours helpdesk for urgent and critical issues like this ? To do date we have not had a reply to any emails to the helpdesk.
If there is any employee from domains or diamatrix on here, please could you reply. We are desperate to get our server up and running as customers are depending on the services running on that machine.
