If there is a Domains rep please can you look at

ecoms.africa

We are getting complaints that we are blocking or that our fibre doesn't work because the domain is not resolving but resolves on other connections.

The name servers are incorrectly configured and there is conflicting info so we are rejecting it but we are getting pushback from the client or visitors of the site saying it's us.

I tried to log it to have you advise the client #20240206-IOK-337798 but there is a misunderstanding. I tried to reach out on zanog groups to no avail.

Thanks. The ticket was logged by me to forward to the client to explain the issues as they pushing back and focusing on the fibre line that doesn't load the domain and not the real issue.

We have contacted the client and they have confirmed that the changes can be made. The nameservers have been updated accordingly.
