First matches taking place today:

Titans 348/7 vs Boland: Theunis de Bruyn smashed it 134. Contributions from makhanya and Corbin Bosch with 50's. Nothing much to say for the bowlers ziyaad Williams and Imran manack were smacked for some, 91 and 80 from their 10 overs.

North West 243/9 vs Wrstern Province Senuran Muthasamy 100.

Lions 266/8 Rassie with 81 and van buuren 78.

Lions game is being shown on ss cricket
 
Criminal of WP to allow the Dragons to get what they did after reducing them to 88/6.

How is he fit enough to play for the lions but not fit enough for whatever test the proteas use? Somewhere something doesn't add up.

Is he a prime athlete? No.
Is he one of the best performing white ball bowlers in the country . Yes + he adds lower order hitting.
 
In the other games Titans won easily by 177 runs. Janneman with 93 and ngidi 5/33.
North West one a close one with WP. Jono Bird with a 100, seems he starting to fulfill his promise he showed at under 19 level.
 
The amount of spin in this kingsmead pitch in this titans vs Dolphins game doesn't hold good omens for the test.

Titans bowled 24 overs of spin and probably should have bowled markram his full quota.

Lions 186 all out vs WP. Rassie with 67 and magala 57. Moreki with 41/4. WP 52/3

Rocks vs Knights reduced to 25 overs. Knights 118/3 from 17. Snyman made 60 from 46

Titans vs dolphins. Dolphins made 215/6. Zondo with 62 not out. Spinners very economical.
Titans 64/3. Markram 25 not out and is key.
 
WP and Titans both making heavy work of their chases but given the sterling work of their bowlers, probably deserved results for both.

Don't agree on the titans one. That kingsmead pitch got lower and slower as the game went on.
215 was always going to be competitive, they would be disappointed allowing the dolphins to recover to a decent score on that pitch.

They did well to get over the line after klaasen was unfairly given out and aiden was also touch and go.
 
Good hundred from Wiaan Mulder. Gave the Lions' score some respectability (240 in 50 overs).

I see they're wearing black armbands. Anyone know why?

No idea.

Was a very good innings, had to tough it out early on and then accelerated wonderfully.

Moreki 44/4 in the warriors vs wp game.
Dolphins vs rocks rained out.
 
WP can thank their bowlers that they're still in this comp because their batting thus far has been woeful. 7 down chasing 173. Only Jono Bird (who for some reason wasn't playing today) has shown any backbone. Still, the records reflect 2 wins from 3 games.
 
Jono bird has missed 2 games after his 100. No idea why. Presume he must be injured.
 
Saddening how this competition has largely been ignored. ESPN doesn't carry live match coverage and even CSA has been playing lip service to it.
