Hey all,
Bit of a different question....We are currently looking into getting a domestic worker in once a week.
We've tried going "direct", but had headaches with the domestic worker not showing up on numerous occasions at her collection point.
Then we tried using a service/placements agency, where first, the worker was complaining all day about the work around the house, and then issues arose as the worker was never paid by the agency in question.
Additionally, I found out that the agency basically takes a bigger cut of the pay than the worker, which is not on.
Anyway, we're based in the East Rand. Does anyone have any pointers in terms of reputable agencies in this regard?
