Don’t install iOS 10: Apple users

Updated mine last night and no issues at all. On both iPhone and iPad

iOS 10 looks good.
 
I have just install it on 2 ipads and 4 phones (5S, 6, 6plus etc.) no problems detected and it all went smoothly.
I did wirelessly and works fine.
 
There are always a handful of idiots who will go and restart the phone or pull the power while it's on low battery or some crap.

Everyone else is safe to update.
 
As mentioned in one of the other threads I didn't have any problems with an OTA installation on my iPhone 5… and it resurrected Airdrop between my phone and laptop which is probably the greatest improvement I've found so far! :D

iPhone 5S surely? I thought the 5 was being dropped?

I think i've had airdrop work once in my life. And reading this, I checked now with an optimistic heart, aaaaand it still doesn't work.

I only started having problems when I updated to iOS 9.something. Prior to that it worked flawlessly and I used it extensively, thanks mostly to instagram's refusal to allow uploading from OsX, third party included. Ironically I found, and subsequently purchased, an app that allowed my to do this just two days ago. :o

Only thing I can think of is to check and recheck your settings.

Tried a few online troubleshooting guides, restarted mac and phone, still nada.
