Dont mean to sound pessimistic

I was having similar thoughts today. With all these power failures becoming more frequent and untrained personnel in key technical positions I really think the ridiculously high profits by an organisation that is half goverment owned should go towards at least educating those who are being pushed into strategic positions that entail duties they dont know how to perform.
