Depends on the context, with downloads of 0.1Mbps, maybe you can call it a scam.

But to activate the SIM, sure the RAIN rep will reply shortly.

Rain LTE-A Mobile data company is a scam not to be trusted .........i wont recommend Rain Mobile LTE to anyone RED Flag for this network you pay for their data then they take your cash and not deliver on their services

They worked fine for me and many other people on here use their cheap 5g Premium service.
