Dont understand these fees?

I registered a domain last year with domaincheap, all i had to pay every year was a domain fee.

I do know that Webafrica now owns them.

But im getting billed R39 every month for this : "[SA] Shared Linux Standard"

why is webafrica charging me this instead of only the domain fee??

You are paying for hosting now, space on their server for your web page and pop email addresses

If its domain only you need to ticket them to move it to their domain parking option
