so I had this polka 3G account for a long time,
but as I play online game(atlantica) theres always a 1 or sometimes longer lag,
Im sure it's polka's problem since using my friend's saol works perfectly.

And I jump on the net and shout from my soap box that nobody should use Polka because of lag...

And I take it you discussed this with Polka, I take it they have stated that there is nothing they can do and that you should move to a new ISP?
And this is on a unshapped or shaped account?

The internet makes it too easy to slander...
:(

you know. You go

1. click the start button
2. click on the one called "run"
3. type in "cmd" and enter
4. type in the big black window "tracert www.saix.net" and "tracert www.google.com" and "tracert site.with.problem.name"

Copy/paste all of it on to the forums here so we can see if there really is a problem.

C:\Documents and Settings\Ihaytepolka>tracert site.with.problem.name

:D

Polka is fine - I used to game with a Polka account with no problems at all and now that they are part of Mweb I do not see why their quality of service would not improve?

True, but they have their own IPC using the Polka userbase for testing. So it might be a very different story now, which is why I was asking for the traceroutes in the first place.

That explains why my sites have been quicker lately on polka:

They are probably on seacom?

They definitely are not on seacom.

As you can see they use SAIX transit, who said they will not be making use of Seacom.
