Don't use Rain

Thanks everyone for the reviews on Rain. They don't help. The call center agents are just as clueless as I m. The tower closest to me is down and though there is one 600m away from where I stay. I tried calling the call center they don't seem to help. My router keeps on connecting to one that is 3km away. They have no way to solve this it seems. This if you ever think of using Rain. Don't because you pay for services they are completely incompetent of providing.

I would agree, but not because of any support issues. Even with nearly full signal and max speeds, my 5G Rain connection in Durbanville cuts out for 30 sec or so now and again. Not enough to be a serious issue, but it rules out online gaming and is a problem for video calls.
 
I've been using the month-to-month 5g package. I canceled in June or July 2024 but I am still debited. How do I remove my banking details? I was under the impression that you paid for the month ahead. Reading all these posts on rain I am strongly considering getting a new bank account. Rain is just a scam. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this service. If anyone has opened a case or reported them, please sign me up.


Why is there no option to remove banking details, why does Rain bill you if you are on a month-to-month package I'm pretty sure that's unconstitutional and it's so annoying and abusive.
