No, the picture is clearly a mockup or poor photoshop job. I've seen transparent screens. No matter what, on one of the sides they need wires, power, circuit boards. Otherwise, it's just glass/perspex/see through plastic.
So for something like this to be possible, they'll have to have a thick bezel or something, to hide the battery, board etc.

There is still a lot of tech that needs to be developed, like very small batteries. The transparent screen is not the problem. One big concern though, what will it be like in bright sun shine?
