I probably should have mentioned it's only the multiplayer portion.

O already have the alpha, got it with wolfenstein the new order preorder long ago.
Someone broke the NDA and uploaded to torrent's....

"Leaked"

It's pretty well documented the Streisand Effect - it gains far more publicity this way. Good for them

This is one game I will buy, but I doubt my rig can run it.

my concern as well... :(

I would take those specs with a pinch of salt ;)

"GTX 780 (3GB or more VRAM) / AMD Radeon R9 280" for example is a load of crap, a r9 280 does not measure up to a gtx780, it's more 960/770 territory. I really doubt this game needs an i7.

These companies put out way over the top requirements these days just to cover their asses, look at Star Wars Battlefront for example meanwhile the game runs just fine on lower specced systems.

Damn I have an I5 3750K and a GTX 660Ti 2GB OC Edition. Guess no Doom for me.

It wasn't leaked, it's a alpha release to generate hype and sell pre orders on steam.

Hehe, prepare for everyone with barely-specced machines going "this game looks **** - they took 10 years to make this?"

Looks like fun...will give it a bash when it comes out depending on cost.

Propably making up for us that had the invite, downloaded and just could not game :erm:

Just started to play around with the leak as-is. Its just mp and it runs ok without any stutter or jitter on my system and its not really something to brag about: 1920x1080, 16 gig ram, i7 2700k, 670 oc (GV-N670OC-2GD) and running from my sdd. Still I'll do a few fraps to see what really is going on ;)

Besides one would think the final product to be more optimized than a simple alpha or beta. The mp sure feels weird being "soapy", you know smooth feeling when you run, jump and shoot. I miss the actual q3a feel...

There's a video on youtube where a guy has a dual core pentium g3258 & gtx 960 running fine using about 5gb of ram.
