I've got some lawyers in the USA who also happen to be guild members....
They are not quite sure who they need to speak to at the Lawyers Guild? Is there somebody more specific I can phone with regards to this case?

From their website

Our aim is to bring together all those who recognize the importance of safeguarding and extending the rights of workers, women, farmers, people with disabilities and people of color, upon whom the welfare of the entire nation depends; who seek actively to eliminate racism; who work to maintain and protect our civil rights and liberties in the face of persistent attacks upon them; and who look upon the law as an instrument for the protection of the people, rather than for their repression.

Well I don't think they take on any cases which involves rank stupidity :).

ROFL.

Better change your IP address so they can't find you.

Well since the laywers are reading ....

I'm confused though... Having a nice chat with Brian and he's clearly not an evil nazi, mad villain and seems like a good bloke. But then he posts on here and on his own forums as if he's a completely different person (no pun intended).

Email dispatched to the NATIONAL LAWERS GUILD

I browse a forum in south africa... www.mybroadband.co.za/vb

The relevant thread can be found at the following address

I have recently been informed that we have been publicly berating a user of said forum for his shoddy and irresposible business practices.

He told us that he has his lawers on the issue and we will be sued if we do not remove our comments from the website.

when asked who his lawers are he posted the following
132 Nassau Street, RM 922
New York NY 10038
212-679-5100 • Fax 212-679-2811

Now on searching the net, I found the national lawers guild.....

Please would you advise me if you do in fact
a) represent Brain Gibello - aka Person.
b) intend on sueing us for slander/libel

If the above is true please give me details of said fact so that we can start to prepare our own defence in this regard.

If you do not represent him, do you take kindly to being misrepresented and affiliated with such a liar/thief

Regards

The difficult thing dealing with a new company is always that you don't know them or their work ethics. Luckily this company is very transparent in line with King II.

At least future customers know what to expect.

Lol, as far as I remember, King II also states responsibility and accountability  as two of its main principles. I'm not sure he is in line there.
