Dota 2 and csgo SA server problems?

Ive noticed in my dota matches around 7pm there is a lot of stutter, everyone in the match will have the same problem and my friend said its the same in csgo. anyone know whats up?

CSGO was off the whole day yesterday. No word from Valve, just a whole lot of rumours.

Dota 2 servers in SA have some stuttering issue, valve doesn't seem to be doing anything about it.
