K this is Odd.

Asked someone to send me an invite and it installed Dota 2 Test
I installed DOTA 2 before I got the invite and was able to play so no clue what where how and why.

On a side note:
If you have Android or iOS device you might wanna look at Legendary Heroes to get your DOTA fix while away from a PC.
