Play EU. Only reason I play local is when my friends want to play and they get bad ping overseas.

Perfect no, but I play heroes i'm generally good with, ive lost 6 games in a row because of these high level players partying up with low level people, its getting out of hand.

Um, you guys do realise playing local, apart from getting ping is a bad idea? Our server is too low population to be reasonable balanced (the longer your queue, the greater the chance that the game will be unbalanced as the game extends it's MMR search range). That's why I say play EU. I never wait more than 2 minutes for a game, and all the games I've played have people who understand the basics of the game.
 
I'm a horrible PA player, so no, did however play in a few matches with someone having it, usually turns out in us losing the game because PA doesn't want to die trying to secure the contract and everyone else has to babysit her until the contact has been fulfilled......sad state if you ask me.

Had an awesome game with two very polite eastern european guys. They went ES and PA top lane, I went mid with Witch Doctor, and I tried to help them secure their contract a couple of times. At one point the entire enemy team grouped top to try and kill them before they could get the contract. They very politely informed us they were in trouble, and as the enemy dived, the three of us teleported in. Aced them without any issues, and PA got her bounty.

The other games I had with contracts I won as well, although the PA didn't always get the bounty.

like commentating and stuff like that? I like games that has commentary, it help with that learning curve
