Methinks they need to add more categories as normal,high and very high is somewhat limited, maybe that will sort mm out a bit more skill wise.

All I know is that Deadmanza will destroy me, as according to his Dotabuff, most of his games sit at Very High Skill, and I am stuck at normal trench :p

I am currently sitting around the 2300 - 2400 camp. Best way to find out is play one game on a EU server, and it will give you the rating of the highest player on each team when the game starts. That is a pretty good indicator of where you are at.

One thing I realized in the couple of games I played on the EU server is just how salty those players are. I thought we had some nasty people here, but they are a different bunch.

Today’s update (being yesterday) brings new ways to earn Compendium Coins and Levels.

The Ten Hero Challenge returns from last year, and gives all Compendium owners the chance to earn additional Compendium Levels by winning matchmaking games with a selection of heroes. The Ten Hero Challenge can be completed up to three times with a different selection of heroes for a total of 450 points (4.5 Levels).

We’ve also brought back Item Recycling. Whenever you recycle any 10 items, you’ll earn 25 points toward a Compendium Level as well as a Charm of the Crucible Jewel II. There are also three Compendium Achievements for Charms to help you earn more Compendium Points. If you have extra TI5 Compendium Immortals, you can consume them to gain two Compendium Levels by right-clicking on them in your Armory.

All Compendium owners will now have an additional slot for hero-specific challenges in their list of in-game challenges, which will award both Compendium Coins and points toward Compendium Levels when completed.

Now that Team invites are out, don’t forget to vote for your favorite players to participate in this year’s All-Stars event. Completing this task will grant you 50 Compendium Points.

yeah was cool games we won more than we lost for a change!

For a change... Was quite refreshing. I think we need to 5 man a lot more, even 4 is better than 3. In most cases if one oke is useless at least you know not to rely on him. 4 can carry 1, but 3 can't carry 2.

So... you busy tonight Spanspek?

Haven't played for a while, but had a quick game with a few friends on Friday. Played my favourite, Furion, and rat-dota'd the **** out of the other team.

One of the guys on my team had some compendium quest, and kept dicking around trying to complete it. So I just went about my business wrecking their tower.

I reckon I will be on later tonight. Keen to play with you okes again it was good fun. Love the banter and the whole play style you folks have going :D

Think I might be getting loadshedding until 20:30 tonight though will need to check.

EDIT: OK if we go to stage 2 tonight my power is out until 20:30. Stage 1 I'm good.

You will still see that side though. Gets quite bad. Especially when Michael starts feeding... ;)

Ah, good old load shedding.

Had a game where I was the odd one out joining a 4 stack last night. Played as there only support, and we where on brink of winning. Got their mid rax down, and only lanes pushed out hard. It was pretty much gg... Suddenly two of the 4 stack DC. Load shedding. Enemy pushed down mid and finished within 3 minutes. Was so angry... And what made is worse I was 2 - 1 on a prediction charm.

my load shedding is always teh same stage 1 and 2 :mad:
