The only thing I wish is that when we have the foot to the throat we go for the kill. We lost yesterday because we went back to farming. We need to keep the pressure on guys. I have a good feeling about this team. When we click we romp - saying that - I think we are a early to mid team and not a late game team. When our games are sub 40 minutes we win but when it goes over we lose 9 out of 10.

This is quite a common problem. If you watch when the pros play for fun they are all about the pressure. Mostly theyll just farm a blink if that, then the party starts and never ends. Always looking for ganks and kills.
Basically if you're winning fights, carry on fighting. If you're losing fights, farm your next item that will make you win fights.
