I trilaned a Rubick, Lion and Ursa once. Lane domination like crazy. Rubick lift into Lion stun into hex. All the while Ursa is pounding the bejeesus out of the poor target. Actually now that I think about it Shadow Shaman, Lion and Ursa in a trilane would probably rek super hard.

You would win lane phase, but the game would likely go the other way.

Well you get your items up quick and then rosh and roam. It isn't a long term thing obviously.

If you swapped one of those supports out for a CM she could sit in jungle and rotate in for the ganks when needed and that way Ursa's levels wouldn't be compromised. Meh something to try I think.

Just thinking of scrims, those heroes, apart from lion are not game winners :p

Oh LOL well I wouldn't know I'm a dirty pubber I am! :D

How do you build him?

IMO you should max poof first. At level 4 with 5 Meepos that ability means 1400 magic damage with a smallish AoE. So OP. This is where his damage comes from early game, not so much from his right-clicks.

Get a bassy ring early then get get treads (tranquils if you're a woos :p). Then if your lane is going well go straight for that aghs, if going bad maybe try for at least some lifesteal or the headdress with the goal of reaching vlads. After aghs and vlads go for either a blink if you're finding you're surviving OK or go straight for heart (reaver first). Stack hearts (the regen doesn't go to the other Meepos but the stats do, Skadi can also be a good idea, some Meepos even go for a hex) and definitely late game get BoTs because each Meepo gets an independent cooldown on the boots.

Also if you see a DD rune as a Meepo pick that schit up and make sure all the Meepos are there when you do. DD applies to all the Meepos within a 500 AoE so your whole squad of Meepos can get DD at once from 1 rune.

When you get multiple meepos up just make sure to keep them all busy all the time and you farm fast. You can hit 3 or 4 jungle camps simultaneously with him. Or 3 camps and keep 1 in lane. Crazy farm. 2 level 4 poofs pretty much clears most jungle camps.

Also don't meepo against a lich... just don't do it!!! :(

Well ye, that's the problem, I can't micro for **** :p

Been having a terrible run with Dota over the past two weeks, out of the 20 matches played I've lost 18

Heck I even tried 4 Ranked matches in the hopes that I find more "reliable" players....... boy was I mistaken. In 3 of those games I ended up with 3 - 4 overseas players that can't even speak English, needless to say I lost 3 out of 4 as they fed like fothermuckers. No idea what the hell they doing in SA Ranked.

Starting to think that his whole "hero challenge" is screwing everything up as people are now playing heroes they don't understand, plus picking them just because, regardless of what the other team choose.

Wow 18 that must suck, ja this hero challenge is starting to get a bit meh for me too...

Had that the other day, Communication issues with my own team (In a team Game) was shocking. Me and another South African chap having to try work with people we cant even say oi lets gank X person cause of Y reasons. Granted i was Carry lina and he was running an invoker but the fact was the language barrier is becoming an issue. I have also noticed the increase of Leechers lately but that could just be my luck...... 10 mins in a game and a guys like over the major chat just end guys after he died ....once and for being a moron. Im only lvl 16 and tbh im trying to learn how to play support and wow people on our SA server are elitist Jackoffs. (Sorry if that might offend someone) but it is frustrating to start learning a specific way to play and be insulted all the time cause your trying something they wouldnt even try.

And people wonder why people are too scared to play a full support half the time. Its a pitty :( :wtf:

I know it sucks bru, but hang in there. I am level 189 and I promise you those elitist pr1cks are everywhere. You need to jam in a 5 man with someone who has the patience to help you through. Or you need to play with a coach. It takes a long time before you truly understand the mechanics of the game. You might be doing something that you don't see as being dangerous or reckless, but you could be exposing your team indirectly.

Played a lich support the other day and I got ganked 4 times while trying to ward. Eventually I just warded when the team made a push. If you wander off solo (being a lowly support) you will be destroyed if you get caught out. Try and stand your ground. If people bitch and moan because there are no wards up, buy them and drop them in base - let a carry or tank do the warding for you.

Another great way to learn is to watch some of the international games. Go player perspective of one of the supports and check their movements/decisions. Don't lose faith. Everyone had to start somewhere... ;)

The thing is that i dont understand is this about the support role,(I usually play a carry myself and like that) how am i supposed to get money to get wards ect when im not allowed to kill anything to do so i have tried this multiple times and all they do is moan about it then when i get the wards up they get dewarded and them im told im a crappy support -.- i just dont get it.

I have the exact same problem, I'm also trying to play full support most of the time, but the struggle is real.
If I don't there is always a fight breaking out as who must buy courier, not even a minute into the game the harassment starts, so I end up just buying courier every time even if its not my role... I played with this one character the other day that thought he was the tits. giving orders left right and centre and it was stupid orders. he eventually started ratting the other players out out on the team and caused ganks everywhere. someone from the other team said something about loadshedding and disconnected... After 5min everyone in our team left because it was safe to leave and because of the a-hole mostly. First time I reported someone for anything, he deserved it...

Sometimes the mute button is your best friend in most cases.
