Theres even a guides section on war3.co.za for local builds, but dota-allstars is usually better 
Luna without beam is interesting now, because her ulti doesn't rely on it any more, and her base dmg got buffed. I still go beam and stats though until late game when those %'s are useful.

Well you can just see it most of the time, for the stats, dmg and the increased attack speed (ias), I was confused about that question too.

I played a game Razor vs Pugna, I pushed like a mad person, didn't go for hero kills, stayed far away, when the other hero was 1/2 because of pushing and nuking, I would kill him in due course. Completely ran other the other player, was nice.
If you want the replay let me know. Made a few mistakes, like not persuading when the other hero only had 6 hp, I kept to my strategy and won the game.
Anyway, ventrilo makes games nicer, who here has a nice replay for me to watch?

Aah funny you should ask, today one of the top clans in SA played the top clan in the world. It was amazing that they even got a match against them, but they did, and got raped. I'm not going to bother making as if it's a surprise.
The clan is called MYM, go to dota-allstars.com and check some of their replays, but for now, watch our guys get pwned, they really are amazing these guys. The SK burrows as our sven stormbolts, he ducks the bolt completely.

You enter that in bnetgatewayeditor.exe, prob in your war3 folder if you don't know about it. You have to enter it in the war3 tab at the bottom btw.
It is still quite small, only a few days old really but it's growing and there's usually a game or two up. It's got some new features compared to the old server, and um.. somewhat nicer admins.
There's no bnetgatewayeditor.exe in my war3 folder.
Maybe i have to download it manually from somewhere.

Well can you connect to the war3.co.za server, you have to have a bnetgetewayeditor somewhere to be able to play online locally. There a guide to doing it on http://dawngaming.co.za
