maybe someone know something or can shed some light as to what happened to these guys.
We have been using DOTCO - allyoucaneat for close to 3 years now. Yesterday morning our internet disconnected and telkom informed us that the fault is with our isp. So I immediately tried to phone DOTCO on various numbers that I could find on their site and on previously received e-mail from them. But to my surprise these guys have disappeared. No-one answers their phones nor e-mail, fax or their website "contact us" box. We have sent them mail and faxes to stop our subscription, because this is just totally unacceptable. But up to now we have not received any reply. Their “control panel” tool where you can check your status on their site also does not work.
We had to open a new account with a different isp to get our connection working again. but this type of thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
This made me think these guys might be out business or they have disappeared.
does anyone know something about this? We should still have "data cap" left for this month, which we have paid for. Which I would like to be refunded, but do not know how to get hold of them. We have in the meanwhile informed our banks to stop all debit orders we have on our account with them, but still feels that they have stolen from us in terms of data cap which we paid for.
