Dots LAN lag

Dota lan lag - edited

I play Dora on my desktop PC with my wife who uses her notebook...
The issue is lag. If I host on my i7 or she hosts on her i5 notebook about 25 minutes into a game she gets serious lag where she can't do anything.
I will get more ram tomorrow morning but just thought I would post on here for some tips and thoughts on this.

i assume DotA? if it lags at about the same time in the game on either of the computers then it wouldn't be just her ram which is an issue... how long does the lag last for?
 
Ha ha. Yes. Indeed it was predictive text issue. I am talking about dota.

Picking up ram today and will report back after we test it out.

Not too sure about the display card but I'm sure it has nvidia graphics card. Had 2gig. Just boosted it to 6 with a 4g ram. Its a 64bit machine
