anyone else also recieving double emails from wbs tellingthem how much bandwidth they have?

doesnt bother me... just wondering and perhaps wbs read over this and get their web people to check into it.

yea, happened to me often, so i unsubscribed to that option, then a week later, unsubscribed from the whole "service" :D

noone why you still here if ya no longer interested

Ummm, bcos MyADSL/MyBroadband.co.za is a community where everyone gets to participate, even if they don't appear to be interested...:)

I was hinting that he was still interested -- not telling him to f*** off;)

noone is disinterested, not uninterested. :D

dis·in·ter·est·ed (ds-ntr-std, -nt-rstd)
adj.

1. Free of bias and self-interest; impartial: “disinterested scientific opinion on fluorides in the water supply” (Ellen R. Shell).

un·in·ter·est·ed (n-ntr-std, -tr--std, -t-rstd)
adj.
1: not having or showing interest; "an uninterested spectator" [ant: interested] 2: having no care or interest in knowing; "she appeared totally uninterested"

arf's semantic post of the day

I`m experiencing the same problem but yeah i went to the helpdesk link and bandwidth monitor and changed the settings not to send me a email with my usage so there is no more emails from them....

do you think wbs are disinterested or uninterested in this prob?

Probably, they took a whole day to report the problem to fusionreactor. Their staff, busy playing games instead of working took a whole full 6 hours before they got down to see what the problem is, then said "Oh, it is your equipment sending too many report messages" and handed it back to WBS.

WBS take another day to check, get back to fusionreactor, and they say "Uh...uhm yeah we'll look into it" and it takes them 7 days to come up with a patch
