Double billing

I have been having problem with double billing rain took R848 from my account on the second of June on the 25 of june i sent a massage on thire facebook app asking why there was a bill of R848 on my dashboard and was told my bill is R479 for June service . Now on 25 july the bill on the dashboard was R479 there was no money deducted from my card because ther was no money in my card. I logged on my rain account to make the payment with another card on the 1st of August only to find out that the bill was now R848
