Double changes

I have a contact with altech autopage.
I loaded 10 gigs of data, only to be charged an additional R8000 + on my bill.
My contract is apparently an open contact. It does not however state that on my contract anywhere.
How do I resolve this ?
 
Maybe you should ask your CONTACT at altech.

Seriously though, The whole point of a contract is so that you can use DATA/VOICE and pay at the end of the month, with little or no limits. You should have put a soft lock on data/voice expenditure to limit the amount that can be used over and above what is allocated to the contract.

If however they charged you for a service/data/voice that you did not use or ask for, then you can query it through their official channels. Good luck getting anything done through altech, as they are in the process of selling off their client base and debt books to other service providers.
