Double data upgrade?

I have a 25+25GB RAIN with Afrihost.
If I want to upgrade to 55GB will I automatically get the double data?

Sorry, if you upgrade now you will be on the straight up 55GB only. And that is why I upgraded my own account and also a got a few clients to do the same thing before COB on the 30th

Afrihost actually confirmed that if you upgrade or downgrade, you lose your double data bonus.

It would have been great if RAIN had allowed existing customers to upgrade and retain their double data #Fail
Now most won't upgrade because of this.

Nope, any change to your package forfeits the double data. Howvever it woudl be interesting to find out if their outer double data [sold as part of some other afrihost plus or whatever addon] can be applied to this deal?
