Double sided adhesive for phone screens

Anyone know where to get good quality double sided adhesive suitable for smartphone screens? I replaced the screen on an older phone but the adhesive it came with was iffy. I'd like to replace it. Preferably not with hundreds of strips of tape 5mm wide lol, but if that's all there is...

I know it's an old thread but do you remember what was the name of the adhesive. I can't find a thin one at Midas .

Currently on holiday, cannot remember if there are any left at home, you can try places like glasfit.

I also noticed that the Midas near me only sells Total oils, while the one in another town only sells Castrol oils, so seems Midas can buy from reps and sell and don't always sell the same thing
