For the past week or so i have been wondering why i run out of airtime so quickly since their oob is suppose to be 40 cents.
So i decided to call the call centre because i monitored my data charge on my cell phone... they charged me R1.10 for roughly 400 kb
so i inquired to find out if the was something wrong with the network, or if the was something wrong. I was once over charged
on virgin network and i called and they sorted it out for me. My call center exprience was bad as the lady who was assisting me was
argumentative telling me that my oob is R2 for airtime and 40 cents for data sim cards.... the thing that makes me mad is that on cell c website
you can't get hold off the oob for prepaid sims. even the booklet they provide with the sim card does not hold that information.
This is a double standard how can you say your oob is 40 cents, and then have two different oob without providing the information to your customer.
On both the website and the booklet that comes with the sim card...
