Unfortunately not that simple, and we are happy to credit you based on what MFN will credit. This is not our portion of the service that is down, it is the fibre provider.It is obvious that you cannot get this right - I have given you ample opportunity to fix this, but you cannot.
From inception on 22 April 2021, you cannot provide me a stable line - yet other ISPs here work fine.
As per CPA, it is my right to cancel with a full refund as this was never working from inception.
I do not want this to be repaired again etc!!!!
I want
1 - my full refund(R500+200+ 250(approximate pro rata + 709+ 699) as I did not have any proper connectivity with you
2 - Immediate cancellation - I will not wait 30 days. This is your repetitive fault!!!!
3- Clean out my line so a new ISP can immediately connect me.
I cannot believe that I went with the most expensive, number 1 ISP in the country and had no joy at all!!!!!
I have no problems paying if I get service and connectivity - I get neither.

Yes it is very simpleCPA is no longer a grey area, it is now years since implementation and the phase of guinea pig cases are over.
I paid you for a simple service
1 - you can not deliver
2 - gave you many opportunities to fix
Hence CPA is on my side here - I paid for a service, you cannot deliver repetitively
