hahaha had the same issue with MFN.

Keep on calling them and eventually they will send someone.

Probably unrelated but seems as though MFN is having a few outages all at once. Would not be suprised if loadshedding related

Funny though i am also in Fourways/Broadacres side and my line is still up.

This is why you need a LTE backup. Fiber here as well goes down when load shedding hits...sometimes it takes 2-3 hours to come up once electricity is restored.

Came back online at 130am today , Cool Idea actually called me earlier to check all was ok, so in actual fact CI , well done, MFN you suck
