My connection is down again...2nd night in a row. I think its PN 364 that I usually connect to. I'm not picking it up at all, zero signal on my device since 19:30 tonight.

I really don't want to have to phone that lame helpdesk for 20 mins on my cellphone (that's if they don't cut you off the first 4 times) just to have them ask me to reboot my PC and ask for the version of windows I'm running when they know their towers f'd up!!!!
I don't like calling the neotel call center, because all the times I've had a problem it was a technical issue that can't be solved by the call center people.
PM the neotel rep if you haven't yet bcus he does reply.
