Downgrade Contract before contract ends

Is it possible to downgrade your 24-month contract before the contract ends? Are you still liable for penalty fees?

I am on the Business 500 plan. I am not using that many minutes anymore and would like to know if possible if I can downgrade to a cheaper plan with less minutes.

last I heard networks don't like you downgrading before the end of a contract. So yeah, they'll probably charge you something if they allow it...

There's a penalty if you downgrade, only when you upgrade you don't pay anything. Expect to pay between R1000 and R2000
